Soul's Remnant is a free-to-play 2D platformer MMORPG by indie developer Chaomoon, inspired by MapleStory, Mabinogi, and Ragnarok Online. It launched in Steam Early Access on August 13, 2026, with no purchase price and a cosmetics-only cash shop.
The classless system lets you mix melee, ranged, magic, and faith skills freely, and skills level up as you use them. Whether you are unlocking your first dungeon pass, grinding toward max level, or setting up housing and a player shop, there is always a next goal.

The Four Build Paths
Melee
STR powers heavy weapons and stagger-focused combat. The most forgiving path to learn.
