Soul's Remnant Where Do Aura Drops Come From? Farming Guide
Soul's Remnant where do aura drops come from? Silver chests in dungeons are the main source, plus essence exchanges and rare dark auras from any monster.
Updated Aug 19, 2026
Auras in Soul's Remnant mostly drop from Silver Chests inside dungeons, and the drop rate is fairly low, which makes your first Aura the hardest to get. You can also exchange Dungeon Essence for them, and a special set of Dark Auras can drop from any monster — but those are rarer still. This guide explains each source and why Auras are worth chasing.
The main source: Silver Chests in dungeons
The official wiki is direct: the main way to get Auras is through Silver Chests in Dungeons, and they have a fairly low drop rate. Silver Chests appear after a dungeon's final boss and are unlocked per party member, so running dungeons with a full party gives you more chests and more chances at an Aura. There is no published drop rate on the wiki, so treat every run as a lottery ticket.
Exchange Dungeon Essence for Auras
You can exchange all kinds of Dungeon Essence for Auras, but the wiki warns they are not exactly cheap. Essence comes from clearing dungeons — normal gives 1 of each essence type, hard gives 2, extreme gives 3 — so high-difficulty runs are the efficient route if you are saving up for a specific Aura.
Dark Auras: rare drops from any monster
The Dark Equipment set for Auras — Berserker Aura, Thievery Aura, and Reaper Aura — can drop from any monster. The chances are low enough that the wiki says you will probably get or buy a normal Aura before you see a Dark one. There is also a real trade-off: Dark Auras cannot roll any Aura Echoes, which matters because Echoes are a big part of why players want an Aura in the first place.
Why Auras matter: Attack Speed and Skill Point Echoes
Auras and Weapons are the only equipment that can roll Attack Speed Echoes, which lower the cooldowns of all affected skills. Auras and Weapons can also roll every type of Attack Speed, including Global Attack Speed, so an Aura gives you at least two lines of Attack Speed no matter your build — enough to cut cooldowns substantially. Extra Skill Points Echoes are just as impactful, because combat skills scale with every level, so one extra skill level noticeably increases your effectiveness.
